The National Knowledge Management Conference is an important annual event that The Knowledge Management Institute (KMI) has initiated and continually organized since 2004. The conference aims to promote and build awareness of the importance of applying Knowledge Management as a learning development tool which emphasizes the values of “Tacit Knowledge” within knowledge practitioners in Thai society. In the past few years, various sectors of the society are beginning to recognize the importance of Knowledge Management (KM) and its impact to developing collaboration in the area of knowledge sharing network. This is an important step towards building a knowledge-based learning society.
For 2010, KMI and its partners from several sectors proudly present “The 5th National Knowledge Management Conference (NKM5): KM Inside – Lively Learning Land” which will be held at Bangkok Convention Center, Central Plaza (Ladprao) from 22-23 November. The objective of the Conference is to provide a venue for Thai people from all sectors to have an opportunity to learn and share knowledge in the application of KM (Tacit Knowledge) in work, organization and social settings.
